Intipalka Syrah Rosé

This Rosado is anything but shy with its lavish bouquet. Unabashedly fragrant, it evokes the spirit of a bold youngster who strides to the club with a cloud of his generously-applied cologne wafting behind him. Although we forgive the lad his youthful indiscretion, we might not want him to linger near our dinner table too long. Not so with this rosé! Passion fruit, mango, and raspberry bewitch the nose. Intense fruit on the palate as well, with a refined, swoon-inducing sweetness, all brought into balance by a smooth but refreshing acidity.

Pairings: exotic dishes such as curries, grilled white meat, stews and soups

Storage potential: 3-5 years (can be significantly longer under ideal conditions)
